Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by relevant shipping documents.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, seafood, and other consumables cannot be returned unless they arrive in a damaged or spoiled condition.
Customized or special-order products are non-returnable.
Scrap materials and certain bulk commodities are sold on a final sale basis.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days after inspection and confirmation of the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping, handling, customs duties, and related charges are non-refundable.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
If products are confirmed as defective or incorrect, Uldahl Gruppen may offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
In certain cases, a credit note may be issued for future purchases instead of a refund.
5. Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Uldahl Gruppen.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
